It could use a few customization options for a more personalized town, but all in all, it is a game that speaks to your creative soul. If you want to buy Townscaper after you’ve given it a try (at just 5.99 USD on Switch and PC, and 4.99 USD on iOS and Android, it’s a steal) there are handy links in the browser version that will lead you to your platform of choice. There is also no goal that you need to meet, so you can play at your own pace. For a game with very simple gameplay, it offers a wide creative avenue that you can explore. Townscaper provides its players with a Z en-like experience. you pick a colour, pick a spot, and build platform, on it a house. These lapses can be a bit frustrating since the game has so many avenues for creativity. This game is about building a picturesque, quaint and cozy coastal/island towns. Its a digital game code that allows you to download Townscaper directly to your PC from the games official platforms. There are no people to check on and goals to meet like The Sims 4, and there are no turnips to purchase and friends to interact with like Animal Crossing. Unlike other simulation games, it does not require you to do anything other than build your town. If you feel like you’ve added a building that is not to your liking, you can destroy it by clicking right. Many of these details are randomized, but they add life to the town you’re making. It also adds ladders to go down the water and clothesline between buildings. It even adds gardens when spaces are enclosed. It can add terraces, arches, and bridges as you play. Players also need not worry about the details of the house they’re building since the game has a hidden algorithm that handles such details. To make your town colorful, the game provides a color palette. The third and fourth click will make the building rise. The first left-click on the water will build the foundation of your first building-clicking on the same spot a second time will build the house. From that canvas, you can start building your town.

Pre-registration is free on Android and the payment will be made later. In Townscaper, players will select a color, plop some blocks onto the grid and watch as the game's underlying algorithm. Since Townscaper is a paid game and not free-to-play, iOS users will have to pay the $3.99 price tag before pre-registering. The game is currently available in Steam Early Access for PC and Mac. It's a great game to use if you want to make towns for D&D campaigns and need a visual reference for your party. It left early access in August of this year and also launched on the Nintendo Switch, selling half a million copies across the two platforms. Starting today, Raw Fury has opened the game up for pre-registration on both Android and iOS. Townscaper originally launched on Steam in early access back in June 2020.
